Chocolate Body Paints

February 24th, 2008

If she loves chocolate and you love her body, you may want to do some experimenting with chocolate body paints! For the chocolate lover, the artist, or for dessert, chocolate body paints are a great way to spice things up between you and your sweetheart. There really are no rules when it comes to the art of chocolate body painting, but I’d like to offer a few helpful suggestions and tips.

Allergies
In case either of you have sensitive skin or allergies, it is always a good idea to test the products before hand to ensure you can go all out later without any side effects.

Bedsheets

Not So Obvious Occasions to Give Romantic Gifts

February 22nd, 2008

Women love to receive romantic gifts. Certain occasions are obvious for giving romantic gifts, while others are a little less clear. Women simply want to know that you still love them. We love to be reminded that she is on your mind. If you are not much of a natural gift giver, these occasions will help you remember to give her a romantic gift now and then.

I’m Sorry
No gesture is better for saying I’m sorry. The gift doesn’t have to be huge and expensive (unless you have really screwed up). A small and meaningful gift, combined with a sincere apology will have a big impact.

Just Because
If she is on your mind and makes you smile throughout your busy day, she deserves a gift. Show her how much you love her; show how much she adds to your life and happiness by showering her with a gift and a kiss.

I Love You
Anniversaries, birthdays, and Valentine’s Day are obvious times to give romantic gifts. It is simple to show her how much you love her on these special days. If you love her, let it show on random days throughout the year. Large or small, homemade or store bought, surprise her with a romantic gift to keep the love alive and rekindle those sparks! Top 10 “At Home” Date Ideas

February 21st, 2008

From time to time we all need to spice up our relationships. A great way to spice up any relationship is a simple date. Easier said than done! Often couples get into a routine and end up staying in doing the same things day after day and night after night. Staying in can get monotonous, but you don’t always need to go out to have a good time. We have compiled a list of ways to stay in and have an exciting date. Enjoy!

1. Ethnic Dinner
Pick a country that you are curious about, do some research on its traditions and culture, pick some of their classic recipes and set off to get the ingredients. Enjoy creating new dishes together and having a culture enlightening experience.

2. 20 Questions
Learn more about each other by making a list of 20 questions to ask each other. Put each question on its own small piece of paper and put all 20 in a bowl. Take turns pulling a question out of one another’s bowl and answer it. This is meant to be fun and enlightening; not accusing and probing, so choose your questions carefully. Each person has one chance to pass over a question. Have fun getting to know each other even better.

3. Home Spa Session
The Internet has pages and pages of homemade scrubs and beauty treatments. Plus, she’s sure to have sample sizes that are waiting to be used. Soak, scrub and moisturize those feet with an at home spa treatment. Massage one another’s back, neck and scalp. Treat each other to some R&R, while enjoying some physical touch and quality time.

4. Rearrange Your Space
Change the mood by trying a new set-up. Pick a room and make a plan. Try something crazy. If you don’t like it you can push things back to the same old spot. Be prepared to do a little deep cleaning in the process. When you finish you’ll feel like you’re in a whole different place. Try it out by watching a movie or playing a board game.

5. Dessert Night
Make banana splits, brownies, cake or pie. Whether it’s your favorite recipe or a new selection, treat each other to a decadent evening. Light every candle you own, enjoy the romantic atmosphere and your special dessert. Read the rest of this entry »

And you want to spoil her, but you may not know how. Don’t worry, we’re here to help you the whole way.

What is it about love that makes love such a prominent theme in our lives and culture – movies, music, books, etc.? We can’t get enough of it. Some would say love is what makes the world go round. We were created by the love of our parents, we look for someone who lights our flame, and love starts the cycle over with when we have babies of our own. We would not be here if it were not for love (or at least lust, but let’s focus on the LOVE!).

Why the obsession with love? There are more reasons than I could list. Finding your soul mate and best friend; the warm fuzzies and butterfly flutters; someone to share and validate your life experiences with. Up north the reason for love may be as simple as staying warm during the frigid months. So you’re in love, what are you going to do about it? Read the rest of this entry »
